It's a temporary CG. I'm working on an AU crossover with over 60 charas so that'd take forever to finish. Neji and Hinata (from Naruto) are part of that AU XD and this CG is for that AU actually. But I just really like this particular piece so I went ahead and did a quick CG on it.

Anyways I love the way you put the characters lines in the BG as well. I have used this technquie a time or two. It's very effective. the coloring is very simple to me. I think it should have little bit of shading in the forground image. It looks flat... but if that's what you want then very well, you have achived your goal.
